Basic SEO

Google Business Profile setup and related assistance
Website maintenance
Website redesign
Graphic design and Canva-based design services
Other website and digital services agreed upon with a client

The exact services included in a project will be confirmed through a quotation, proposal, written agreement, invoice, or other written communication.

2. Project Scope

Before starting a project, PixelTrend Web may provide a quotation or project proposal describing the agreed scope of work.

The project scope may include:

Pages to be designed or developed
Features and functionality
Design requirements
Content requirements
Third-party integrations
SEO-related work
Delivery timeline
Number of revisions
Maintenance period, if applicable
Project fees and payment schedule

Work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges and time.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All prices quoted by PixelTrend Web are based on the requirements known at the time of quotation.

A quotation may have a defined validity period.

Prices may change if:

The project requirements change
Additional pages or functionality are requested
Additional third-party services are required
The original scope was incomplete or materially different from the actual requirements
Additional revisions or custom development are requested

Any additional work or charges will, where reasonably possible, be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated to the client before the project begins.

Depending on the project, PixelTrend Web may require:

An advance payment before work begins
Milestone payments during development
Full payment before final delivery or transfer
Payment for additional work before that work begins

A project may not be considered confirmed until the required advance payment has been received.

PixelTrend Web reserves the right to pause work if a scheduled payment is overdue.

5. Project Start

Work generally begins after:

The project scope has been agreed upon;
The required information and materials have been provided by the client; and
The applicable advance payment has been received.

Delays in receiving content, images, credentials, approvals, payments or other required information may affect the project timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the project.

This may include:

Business information
Text/content
Images
Logos and brand assets
Product information
Contact details
Login credentials where necessary
Domain and hosting information
Legal documents or policies
Pricing information
Other materials required for the project

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use content, images, logos, videos, fonts and other materials supplied to PixelTrend Web.

PixelTrend Web is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

7. Website Content

Unless specifically included in the project quotation, PixelTrend Web does not guarantee that all website copy, product descriptions, legal documents, photographs, videos or other content will be created by us.

Clients may be responsible for supplying final approved content.

If content creation or editing is requested as an additional service, the applicable charges will be communicated separately.

8. Design Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the quotation or project agreement.

A revision means a reasonable modification to the agreed design or content.

A substantial change to the original concept, structure, functionality or project scope may be considered additional work.

Examples may include:

Adding new pages
Rebuilding a section from scratch
Changing the approved design direction
Adding new functionality
Adding new integrations
Changing the website structure after approval

Additional work may involve additional charges.

9. Website Development

PixelTrend Web will make reasonable efforts to develop the website according to the agreed project requirements.

Website performance, compatibility and functionality may depend on factors outside our direct control, including:

Hosting
Domain configuration
WordPress updates
Third-party plugins
Third-party APIs
Payment gateways
Browser changes
Server configuration
External service interruptions

PixelTrend Web cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

10. Third-Party Services

A website may require third-party products or services such as:

Hosting
Domain registration
Premium plugins
Themes
Fonts
Payment gateways
Email services
WhatsApp
Google services
Analytics tools
Other APIs or external services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party fees are not included in PixelTrend Web’s service charges.

11. SEO and Search Rankings

PixelTrend Web may provide basic SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO assistance or Google Business Profile setup as part of selected services.

SEO results and search-engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Search rankings can be affected by many factors outside our control, including:

Search-engine algorithms
Competition
Website history
Website authority
Content quality
Reviews
Location
Search behaviour
Competitor activity
Technical factors
Changes made by search engines

Therefore, statements regarding SEO services should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular Google ranking, position, traffic level or number of leads.

12. Google Business Profile Services

Where Google Business Profile setup or assistance is included, PixelTrend Web may assist with profile setup, information, categories, basic optimization or related tasks as agreed.

PixelTrend Web does not guarantee:

Verification approval
A particular Google Maps position
A particular local-search ranking
A specific number of calls or enquiries
A specific number of customers

Google controls its own platform, policies and ranking systems.

13. Website Maintenance

If website maintenance is included in a project, the exact duration and scope of maintenance will be specified in the quotation or project agreement.

Maintenance may include agreed updates, minor fixes or technical assistance.

Unless specifically included, maintenance does not automatically include:

Major redesigns
New pages
New functionality
Major custom coding
Content creation
SEO campaigns
Hosting fees
Domain fees
Premium plugin or theme licenses
Third-party service fees

14. Website Launch and Handover

After the agreed work has been completed and required payments have been received, PixelTrend Web may provide the agreed website access, files or credentials.

Final handover may be delayed until all outstanding project payments have been received.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their domain, hosting, passwords and third-party accounts after handover unless an ongoing maintenance arrangement has been agreed.

15. Delays

PixelTrend Web will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

However, project timelines may be affected by:

Delayed client feedback
Delayed content
Delayed payments
Hosting or domain issues
Third-party service problems
Technical problems outside our control
Changes to project requirements
Unforeseen technical issues

Where delays occur because of information or action required from the client, the delivery date may be adjusted accordingly.

16. Cancellation by the Client

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has started, the client should contact PixelTrend Web as soon as possible.

Any refund will depend on:

The payment terms agreed for the project
The amount of work already completed
Any third-party costs already incurred
The stage of the project
Any specific cancellation terms agreed in writing

Advance payments may be non-refundable to the extent they cover work already completed, resources committed or non-refundable third-party expenses.

17. Cancellation or Suspension by PixelTrend Web

PixelTrend Web may pause or terminate a project where:

Payments remain overdue
The client repeatedly fails to provide required information
The client requests unlawful or prohibited work
The project becomes materially different from the agreed scope
There is abusive, threatening or inappropriate communication
Continuing the project would create significant technical, legal or business risk

Where appropriate, PixelTrend Web will communicate the reason for suspension or termination.

18. Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the individual project agreement and the work already completed.

Where a service has already been substantially performed, a refund may not be available for the completed portion of the service.

Any applicable refund will be handled according to the agreed quotation, invoice, service terms and applicable law.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PixelTrend Web retains ownership of its original design concepts, reusable templates, development methods, processes, code libraries, frameworks and other pre-existing materials.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client may receive rights to use the final website deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licenses.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, stock assets and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

20. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PixelTrend Web may display completed website work, screenshots or non-confidential project information in its portfolio, website, social media or promotional materials.

If a client requires a project to remain confidential or not be displayed publicly, this should be agreed in writing before or during the project.

21. Client-Provided Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to PixelTrend Web can legally be used.

This includes:

Images
Videos
Logos
Text
Product information
Fonts
Documents
Trademarks
Other copyrighted materials

The client agrees to indemnify PixelTrend Web against claims arising directly from unauthorized or unlawful materials supplied by the client, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Prohibited or Unlawful Content

PixelTrend Web reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work involving content or activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

23. Website Security

PixelTrend Web takes reasonable technical precautions when developing or maintaining websites.

However, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Website security can be affected by hosting, passwords, plugins, themes, third-party services, server configuration and future software updates.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access credentials unless security management is specifically included in an ongoing service agreement.

24. Limitation of Liability

PixelTrend Web will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PixelTrend Web will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

Website downtime
Hosting failures
Domain issues
Third-party service interruptions
Search-engine algorithm changes
Loss of rankings
Loss of traffic
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of revenue
Loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

25. Client Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website, content, information, pricing, contact details and other materials before launch.

Once a design, page or feature has been approved, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work.

26. Communication

Project communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, phone calls or other mutually agreed communication channels.

Important project approvals, scope changes and payment-related decisions may be confirmed in writing for clarity.

27. Confidentiality

PixelTrend Web will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential information provided by clients confidential.

Confidential information does not include information that:

Is publicly available
Was already lawfully known to us
Becomes publicly available without breach of confidentiality
Must be disclosed under applicable law or legal process

28. Changes to These Terms

PixelTrend Web may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The terms applicable to a specific project may also be supplemented by the quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement provided for that project.

29. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
